It’s An Old Japanese Scroll About Farting.

No, you didn’t misread the title. The whole scroll, which is called He-Gassen (“The Fart Battle”) is just about people farting. Farting at other people, farting at cats, farting off of horses, farting into bags; just farting everywhere.

In my previous career in financial services, questions and client interaction was a big part of my job. Why?

If you say X, it's false. If your client says X, it's true. You need to get them to vocalize their need.
